If you want to improve a product, you first need to cultivate a thorough understanding of how people use it. CHOi engaged in hands-on research to uncover innovative ways to improve the WP-100, Waterpik’s top-end water jet. At the end of the research phase, we selected six concept directions, and these were winnowed down to three fabricated prototypes. The strongest features from these three prototypes were distilled into the final product. The WP-100 includes easy accessory storage, intuitive controls, and simple hose and tank management.
